Recent publications by new faculty

Jaclyn Piatak and Zach Mohr both have forthcoming publications in the Journal of Public Administration Research & Theory. Professor Piatak’s first article examines the effects of informal norms of accountability on service delivery systems, while her more recent article looks at volunteerism across public, private and non-profit sectors. Professor Mohr’s article explores the impact of variations in rules on public employee job satisfaction. Finally, Mel Atkinson, who also just finished her first year at UNC Charlotte, recently had her article describing a novel measure of media attention published in Political Communication.
